Welcome to Rosevine Alpacas, Cornwall.
Rosevine Alpacas is situated in the picturesque valley hamlet of Seworgan in West Cornwall, midway between Falmouth and Helston. We only have a small herd of beautiful Huacaya and Suri alpacas which allows us to give each animal lots of individual care and attention. We have a selection of wonderful colours ranging from brilliant white, light and mid fawns, chocolate browns to blackest black.
Alpacas have been part of our life since 2004 when we purchased our foundation breeding females from some of the best British breeders who had used only the top quality studs and a varied gene pool. In the interest of biosecurity and in order to maintain good health, since 2008 we have operated a closed herd policy: none of our animals have been on or off our farm or new animals introduced, and we have not entered any shows. With this in mind, our young alpacas have all been bred, for conformation, temperament and fine quality fleece, using only our own prize-winning stud males.
All our alpacas are individually pen fed daily and we spend time with them ensuring they are easy to handle, and train them with kindness and patience. All our alpacas are much-loved family pets and special individuals but occasionally we offer some for sale, and so a loving and happy future home for our sale alpacas is of paramount importance to us.
We offer alpaca sales, after sales support, stud services and scanning services.
All our alpacas are British alpaca Society registered and sold animals leave our farm vaccinated, freshly wormed and foot trimmed, with medical and husbandry records, and their own correctly.fitting Zephyr halter.

We also have a wide range of beautiful alpaca products, from raw fleece and handspun yarn through to stunning hand knitted garments.
About Rosevine Farm

Rosevine farmhouse, originally two cottages, was built from local granite in 1869 and boasts the original hamlet reading room – the chapel. Previously a pig farm, Rosevine has a barn, stable and many out-buildings ideally suited to alpaca keeping.
We have just over 12.5 acres (5 hectares) of well-drained sloping pasture for our alpacas. The farm is located within two parishes, Constantine and Wendron, divided by the beautiful Green Valley and a babbling brook.
